Visit our Facilities & Talk to Us. Call us at +603 5481 6090 for an appointment. You are encouraged to drop by and take a closer look at our facilities and teaching set-up. Our admissions department will be on-hand to guide you through and will be more than happy to answer all of your questions.



Student Placement Test. A qualified student is someone who is likely to find success in the School's English language program besides entrance test on Science and Mathematics, followed by an interview and other evaluative procedures. 

Please bring along your child's photocopy of Identity Card (IC) or birth certificate for the placement test.



Enrollment Criteria. Kingsley accepts applications for both local and international students.

Intensive English for Non-native Speakers. Qualified non-native ESOL students are required to attend specially designed intensive English program before they are accepted to main stream classes.



Enrollment @ Kingsley International School.The School reserves the right to decline enrollment of prospective students who are deemed unable to meet our admission criteria.



Enrolment is a subject to the availability of places in the requested year group and results in the placement test for all nationalities.

Expatriate Parents
Show evidence of work permit approval or a relevant and valid travel visa granted by Malaysian Immigration. The School will assist in applying student's and guardian's visa, compliance to the rules and regulations as approved by Malaysian Immigration.

Malaysian Students
Students are required to study Bahasa Malaysia in compliance with MOD’s requirements.


1) All fees paid are non-refundable once the term starts and it is not pro-rated.

2) All fees are invoiced termly and must be paid before the dateline as stated in the invoice each term.
(A grace period of 14 days is granted with condition that parents must give a notice and reason to the School before term starts.)

  • Academic progress folder cots RM20.00 and payable once only in first year of school.
  • Family (siblings) discount is available to family with 2 or more children attending KIS at the same time.

    3) Definition of Sibling
  • The children having both parents in common (by law).
  • The discount is applied to the recent and each successive sibling registered.
  • Students in receipt of sibling discount are not eligible for any other discount or scholarship.
  • Sibling discounts are withdrawn where there are less than 2 children from one family at the school (unless the older siblings graduated from Kingsley International School after Year 11 or 12).

4) Late payment charges

Please ensure that all fees are paid on or before dateline in the invoice to avoid a late payment surcharge of 5%. All fees are subject to annual review and KIS reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions on an annual basis.
